The stories we tell about water

I spent four years making the MERLIN podcast – a 16-episode audio record of freshwater restoration science, policy and practice across Europe.

Working with 77 scientists, policymakers, farmers, activists and community organisers from 15 countries, I documented one of the most ambitious nature restoration projects in EU history as it happened, from river banks to Brussels briefing rooms.
